5 Groton, MA Groton, MA Part-time Part-time From $35 an hour From $35 an hour RiverCourt Residences, an Independent, Traditional, and Memory Care Assisted Living in West Groton, MA, has an immediate opening for a Wellness Nurse for the following shifts:
Wednesdays 7PM - 7AM Per diem The primary objective of the Wellness Nurse is to assist the Resident Care Director with the daily operations of the Wellness Program in accordance with current state regulations and guidelines to ensure the highest degree of resident care is maintained at all times.
The Wellness Nurse is responsible for administering medication, conducting resident assessments, developing and updating resident service plans, assisting with training and supervision of staff, and assisting residents and their families as needs and questions arise.
The Wellness Nurse works closely and collaboratively with the Resident Care Director and the Reflections Memory Care Director.
Excellent assessment skills, organizational skills, and strong written and verbal communication abilities are essential.
