Food Service Worker - Groton Dunstable School Nutrition
Whitsons Culinary Group is in search of a reliable, hardworking individual to join our teamWork in School Lunch environment/ responsible for the following:
o Preparing of food and menu items.
o Serves meals to students and staff.
o Cash handling skills/experienceo Willing to learn new tasks.
o Performs cleaning duties, including cleaning of equipment and work areas, dishwashing and pot washing.
o Sets up hot and/or cold food area.
o Checks temperatures and records appropriately.
o Performs all other duties as assigned Work together as a team with other team members in the kitchenOpportunity for advancement - Whitsons promotes from within! Education:
High school graduate or equivalentMust complete all Whitsons and other mandated training as necessary Other Qualifications, Experience and Competencies:
Ability to speak and read English in order to understand and perform job assignments1 year professional food service experience preferred Always present a positive and professional imagePHYSICAL DEMANDS OF THE JOB:
