We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Assistant.
The primary focus of this position will be managing routine maintenance and work orders.
Experience with residential apartment unit turnover, fixture replacements, and painting, is preferred.
Must have experience in preventive maintenance in HVAC, generator, kitchen equipment, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
We are looking for someone with an eye for detail, but also a caring and compassionate person to help keep our residents' apartments in the best condition possible.
This is a full-time position with daytime hours Sunday through Thursday, including some on-call responsibility.
